Cold Room.- In an urban scene that has collapsed the internet—and our patience levels—, we can see a lady yelling and insulting an Oxxo employee because “she wouldn’t give her a refill.”

The beautiful scene begins when the customer in question begins to complain about the store's lack of system, a complaint that soon escalates into a personal crusade against the cashier who, she claims, "denied her service."

“You sons of bitches! Do your job properly! 24 hours a day and you don’t do it? You’ve been doing this for a while, you old bitch!” the exemplary citizen can be heard saying, confronting the employee with the composure of someone who mistakes a convenience store for Parliament.

After repeatedly pulling the card terminal and making a mess on the counter worthy of a Breaking Bad post-credits scene, the dapper woman continues her cathartic tirade:

“ You can really plug it in and out to count your f… money! Bad service!” shouts the now infamous “Lady Recargas,” who unwittingly entered the internet hall of fame through the back (emergency) door.

Lady Recargas is not having a good month

Despite the store cashier's attempts to control the situation, the woman continues to dish out insults left, right and center, while the other employee—apparently "cutting the cord"—tries to maintain her composure and faith in humanity.

All this, thanks to the wonderful times we live in, where anyone with a balance on their cell phone and pent-up courage believes they have the right to do whatever they want... without consequences.

The scene has sparked a wave of outrage toward the brand-new Lady, although some users—playing devil's advocate—commented that certain ATMs sometimes refuse to refill or deposit cashiers right after their shift has ended. Which, in any case, doesn't justify the insults the lady, with the soul of an 80s soap opera narrator, threw out.

“Horrible customer behavior,” “I support the lady in that it’s bad service, but employees don’t need to put up with beatings,” “Lady, you’re attacking too hard,” were some of the reactions.
